How to buy

Shopping at ShineMarkOnline.com. Just follow these steps:

  1. View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available colors, composition, reference code and price.
  2. Select an item and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
  3. If you wish to continue shopping, repeat the process but if you wish to process the order, log in.
  4. Once you have entered your details, check that they are correct and click on confirm.
  5. Choose whether you want to receive it via standard or express delivery and check that the shipping and billing addresses are correct.
  6. Select a payment method: Visa, Mastercard...
  7. Confirm the order.
  8. You will receive an email confirming your order.

  • What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard.

 

 

  • Why might my credit card be refused?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

  • - The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
  • - You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
  • - You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.
  • –Your credit card company might block the international transaction service. Contact your credit card company to allow this purchase.

 

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Delivery times depend on the type and distance of delivery selected. Standard deliveries, 3 to 6 working days and express deliveries, between 2 and 3 working days.

Defective Items

  • What can I do with the defective items?

Defective items must be report with email within 14 business days after receiving. Please send defective item pictures to sales@shinemarkonline.com

After 14 days, all defective merchandise is considered used, store credit only.

No refund or credit after 30 days of receiving.

If items are returned or exchanged due to customers' personal preferences, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
